Throughout her career, she has worked with leading Fortune 500 companies and contributed to unparalleled business growth. She has pioneered training platforms and managed financial advisors toward maximizing success.
As the Director of Sales and Practice Management, Alina manages the professional growth of financial professionals and their practices through strategic planning and calculated tools. While sustaining her own practice, she is sensitive to the needs and goals of each client and implements a comprehensive approach when recommending financial solutions.
Alina’s experience in business development has been instrumental to her career in leadership and her own practice. She is the founder of the professional networking group, Great Minds, bringing together leaders from various industries to form new business relationships.
With a passion for humanity, Alina is also a supporter of non-profit organizations including youth crime prevention, cancer awareness, and animal rights. She is also a member of the National Honor Society, Kappa Omicron Nu, supporting Alumni and students studying Family and Consumer Sciences.
In her spare time, she enjoys attending live Cirque Du Soleil performances, hiking, traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
